A Brief On The Selection Process That Every Train Driver Has To Go Through

·         Pre-selection: Once you have applied for the job, you will be called for a concentration and mechanical test. This is to weed out all those who are absolutely not fit for the job.  The test would need a lot of concentration and focus. It can be a bit tough as well.

·         Assessment: Once you clear the pre-selection test, you will be called for a full day assessment test. This will comprise of different aptitude tests and interviews.

·         Medical: This is the next step of the selection process where the candidate will be thoroughly examined medically on all parameters.
